Registered Nurse-Orthopedics-Ambulatory
About the role
We are seeking an expert Registered Nurse (RN) with at least one year of experience for a PRN position in our Orthopedic Clinic. The clinic is part of a high-volume practice with 9 orthopedic surgeons, 7 sports medicine physicians, and 15 advanced practice providers (NPs and PAs).
Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated, patient-focused care in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage high call volumes while collaborating with a team-oriented staff.
- Expand orthopedic expertise in a well-established practice.
Qualifications
- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN) degree; BSN preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Exceptional candidates with more than two years of relevant clinical experience may be considered if not from a nationally accredited program.
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty.
- Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.

Pay
The pay for this position is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This is a supplemental, PRN position with clinic hours Monday through Friday, 8-5pm.
