Registered Nurse - Orthopedic Unit - Days

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and effective.
• Communicate clearly with patients and team members both in person and in writing.
• Provide individualized patient and family education tailored to learning needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practices.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current nursing license in Illinois.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
