About the role
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing patient conditions, administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting care. Responsibilities
- Assess patient status during admission and throughout shifts
- Perform provider-ordered procedures and monitor responses to treatments
- Administer medications and document care accurately
- Respond promptly to patient needs and requests
- Educate patients and families about treatments and care plans
- Advocate for optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license
- Bachelor's Degree
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (within 30 days of employment)
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
