Responsibilities

• Directly assigned and provides oversight within the nursing scope of care.
• May be assigned a variety of patients within a given location.
• May supervise non‑licensed personnel who may be delegated patient care tasks.
• Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations.
• Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, handle stressful situations, and manage conflict.
• Performs all job duties or tasks as assigned.
• Follows and adheres to all requirements, regulations, and procedures of any licensing board or agency.
• Complies with all Benefis Health System organization policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Current state Registered Nurse Licensure (within state of practice)
• BLS certification

Pay

Starting wage $35.89/hourly; actual offered wage based on applicable experience.
