Registered Nurse or LPN| Nights | Skilled Nursing Facility at Hillsdale Hospital

Schedule

6:45pm – 7:15am, three 12-hour shifts per week including every other weekend.

Shift premiums: 2nd shift $2.00/hour, 3rd shift $3.05/hour, weekend $2.00/hour. S.B. 690 skilled-nursing premium adds $3.40/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Valid Michigan LPN or RN license or ability to obtain Michigan endorsement
• BLS certification (available through Hillsdale Hospital)
• ACLS and TEAM certifications required within one year (also available through Hillsdale Hospital)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ and residents’ health and implement plan of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and care-team members
• Administer treatment, medications, and IV solutions according to physician’s orders
• Observe and evaluate symptoms and reactions to treatment; initiate corrective action as needed
• Document and maintain records and reports regarding nursing care provided
