Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse - Medical Surgical

About the role

We are seeking registered nurses to provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, patient rights, and confidentiality in a supportive setting for medical-surgical patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care during 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, with flexibility for full-time or part-time roles.
• Provide patient assessments, administer treatments, and monitor progress.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and coordinate with other departments to maintain high standards aligned with our mission and values.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or upcoming graduate.
• Current RN license in the applicable state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform various movements required for patient care.

Skills

• Experience with complex diagnoses, managing acute and chronic conditions, surgical procedures, and outpatient therapies.
