How you'll make an impact in this role
- Delivered direct nursing care in compliance with established health organizational policies and protocols.
- Implemented, monitored, and updated individualized patient care plans to optimize health outcomes.
- Tracked, recorded, and communicated patient condition changes to the medical team for timely intervention.
- Coordinated multidisciplinary teams and accurately executed physician and nursing orders.
- Assessed and managed patient discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.
What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
