Registered Nurse - Operating Room (Full-Time)

Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness provided by team members. Coordinate patient care across departments, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from a nursing school with an Associate's, Diploma, or BSN. Valid RN license in the state or compact licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or TNCC may be required based on department. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform other physical tasks. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care using the nursing process. Evaluate and improve care quality. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality. Adhere to organizational standards and policies.
