- Weekend Requirement: As needed
- On-Call Requirement: Yes, as needed

Requirements
- Local Applicants: Must reside outside a 100-mile radius
- Pending Licenses: Accepted
- Requested Time Off Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
Employment Terms
- Guaranteed Hours: The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time without penalty.
- On-call hours do not count towards guaranteed minimum hours.
