Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices, technology, and team collaboration. They direct interdisciplinary care, delegate tasks appropriately, and ensure high-quality, individualized patient outcomes. The RN promotes professionalism, adheres to legal and ethical standards, and maintains accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and evaluate patient responses. Provide patient education, support, and ensure smooth communication with patients, families, and team members. Participate in professional development and uphold regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license and BLS certification; BSN degree from an accredited institution. Strong skills in patient care, communication, critical thinking, documentation, and teamwork. Ability to operate equipment, assist with patient mobility, and perform physical tasks as required.
