About the role
Provide specialized perioperative care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare for surgeries by ensuring availability of supplies and equipment.
- Assist with procedures, including patient prep and post-procedure cleanup.
- Supervise, teach, and delegate tasks to staff based on their competency levels.
- Rotate across areas as needed, performing only authorized duties.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support certification.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Minimum of one year perioperative (OR) experience required.
- CNOR certification preferred.
