Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Role Overview: This position involves providing expert perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced clinical environment, including practice in the Operating Room, PACU, and related levels of care. Responsibilities Delivering direct patient care utilizing the nursing process with a focus on safety and quality.Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Modeling proficiency by precepting new healthcare team members and embracing evidence-based practices.Supporting specialty education and competency validation through clinical educators.Ensuring adherence to AORN and ABPANC standards within evidence-based care models. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited or state-approved nursing program; BSN preferred.Current RN licensure and BLS certification.At least 6 months of OR nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills vital for success in a dynamic environment.
