Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical setting
• Prepare and assess patients prior to procedures
• Circulate and/or scrub for surgeries, maintaining sterile technique
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient information and procedures
• Support patient and family education regarding perioperative processes
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality in care delivery
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, integrity, and ongoing learning

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license
• Knowledge of perioperative nursing practices and sterile techniques
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to patient safety and quality standards
