Registered Nurse Operating Room

Role Overview: This position involves performing scrub and circulating functions in the Operating Room to support surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities: Assist surgeons with instruments, supplies, and patient positioning.Monitor and communicate patient condition throughout procedures.Prepare operating rooms and surgical tools for use.Provide direct surgical assistance, including hemostasis, suturing, and wound exposure. Qualifications & Skills: Valid nursing licensure from the appropriate state board.Certification in BLS within 30 days and ALS within 6 months of hire.Preferred: at least 1 year of recent OR experience in an acute care setting.Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Additional Requirements: Educational credentials or professional licensure as mandated.Must obtain certifications as specified. Key Duties & Focus: Ensure surgical readiness by preparing instruments and equipment.Support surgical team during procedures to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
