Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices and interdisciplinary collaboration. This role involves directing care, prioritizing patient needs, and ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams. The RN promotes professionalism, adheres to legal and ethical standards, and maintains accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments of physical, social, and psychological status.Develop individualized care plans with input from patients and team members.Coordinate and delegate care activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.Evaluate patient responses and modify care plans accordingly.Promote professional growth and comply with regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license and BLS certification.Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.Excellent communication, critical thinking, patient care, and documentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Physical & Additional Requirements Ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively in clinical settings.Manual dexterity for handling equipment and supplies.Capability to lift, transfer, and assist patients as needed.Physical stamina to stand, walk, and navigate busy environments.
