Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient‑centered care by assessing physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs, partnering closely with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team throughout every phase of the treatment journey.
• Use advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking to develop individualized plans of care, incorporating patient education, symptom management, and preparation for ongoing support beyond the infusion setting.
• Collaborate with oncologists,
