Registered Nurse Oncology - No Graduate Nurses

About the role

Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and assist with radiation and surgical interventions
• Provide end-of-life care
• Perform med-surg skills including wound care, drain management, tube feeding, and pain management
• Coordinate patient care with other departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure
• Basic Life Support certification (within 30 days of hire)
• Graduation or upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, push, pull, and perform prolonged standing

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time roles available
• Day and night shifts
• Rotational weekends
