The position involves providing patient care within a Med Surg Service Line consisting of 8 specialty units, caring for diverse patient populations with various diagnoses and needs. Nurses are cross-trained across specialties to build a comprehensive understanding of different conditions, procedures, and comorbidities. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care: monitor, assess, and support patients undergoing or recovering from medical and surgical interventions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN).
• Hold a current RN license in the state or eligible via licensure compact.
• Obtain BLS and ACLS certifications, or complete within 90 days of hire.
