Registered Nurse - Oncology - Nights

Position: Registered Nurse Location: Evanston Hospital Hours: Full-time, 36 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday, 7:00pm–7:30am, rotating weekends Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care across patient populations, utilize the nursing process for planning and evaluation, ensure regulatory compliance, assume responsibility for patient outcomes, supervise unlicensed staff, and promote safety and high-quality patient experiences. Qualifications: Current IL nursing license, BLS/CPR certification, preferred BSN degree, and at least 1 year of experience. Must obtain ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy certification within nine months. Skills: Strong clinical judgment, leadership abilities, adherence to safety standards, and effective communication. Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care, coordinate with team members, maintain compliance, and contribute to positive safety and quality outcomes.
