Key Responsibilities

• Implementing and monitoring patient care plans
• Assessing patient conditions
• Documenting care
• Coinciding multidisciplinary team efforts for seamless patient care
• Fulfilling physician and nursing orders accurately
• Managing discharge planning in collaboration with healthcare team members

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Valid RN license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state/Compact State
• BLS certification within 1 month of hire, accepted from AHA or Red Cross
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure
