About the role
Provide comprehensive nursing care in a MedSurg Telemetry Oncology department, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing patient conditions, and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary coordinator for multidisciplinary patient care.
- Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.
- Communicate patient status effectively to team members.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in Wisconsin or a multi‑state/Compact license.
- BLS certification within 1 month of hire, from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure.
