About the role
This full-time day shift nursing role is located in Nashville, TN, within the Oncology department of a leading nonprofit health system.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population, including oncology, post-surgical, and medical-surgical patients.
- Manage post-operative oncology patients.
- Administer and monitor chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support symptom management, palliative, and hospice care.
Requirements
- An active RN license from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a multi-state license.
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
Qualifications
- Experience in oncology, post-surgical, and medical-surgical settings preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
