Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and adapt personalized care plans to improve patient outcomes and recovery.
• Monitor patient safety and communicate status changes to the clinical team.
• Cookordination multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure seamless, integrated patient care.
• Execute physician and nursing orders accurately at the bedside.
• Lead discharge planning to support successful patient transitions home.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• PREFERRED: Chemotherapy certification, 2-3 years RN experience in infusion or oncology, ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy, or OCN certification.
