Responsibilities Conduct pre-employment health screenings and collaborate with Human Resources for accommodations. Manage surveillance services, including Tuberculosis and hearing conservation. Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records. Participate in committees to share health data and promote caregiver well-being. Provide vaccinations and manage caregiver exposures to infectious diseases. Travel to various locations to deliver on-site services as needed. Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures. Manage inventory and ensure equipment functionality. Requirements High accuracy and service-oriented approach. Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment. Intermediate time management skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements. Ability to learn a new in-house EHR system.
