Registered Nurse - Observation Unit, Nights

This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care including direct patient support, education, and care transitions. The registered nurse (RN) will support professional practice across various settings, adhering to the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model and ANA standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating patient carementoring and leading through formal and informal rolesdelegating tasks based on skill level and patient acuityparticipating in quality improvement and committee activities Qualifications include a baccalaureate nursing degree from an accredited program or relevant RN experiencecurrent RN license in applicable statesexcellent communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and computer skillsability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing situations Certifications such as BLS are required depending on the worksite.
