Registered Nurse- Observation
About the role
The Observation unit at Northwest Hospital is a 20-bed unit that cares for a diverse mix of diagnoses, with most patients staying less than 24 hours. Nurses specialize in telemetry, stroke, and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS). Under the direction of the unit manager, this role provides direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing age-appropriate care on a per-shift basis. You will supervise staff to ensure appropriate care delegation and support the CNO in maintaining high-quality, safe, and resource-efficient nursing care, as well as staff competency.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse License (essential)
- Less than one year of experience (essential)

Pay
$37.15 to $57.58 per hour, based on experience.
