Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt)

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values. Qualifications & Certifications: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), hold a current RN license, and obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials may be required based on the department. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on nursing standards.Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care.Ensure compliance with patient rights, confidentiality, and safety protocols.Maintain professional development through required certifications. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly; prolonged standing and walking; and perform tasks involving reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
