Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers. Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality, aligning duties with organizational mission and values. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited registered nursing programCurrent RN license in the state or compact licensureAbility to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds, with prolonged standing and walkingProficiency in gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squattingBasic Life Support (BLS) certification required, with additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others based on unit needs Key Duties Provide comprehensive patient assessments, deliver direct care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality in accordance with standards, and perform duties in line with organizational mission and values.
