We need to output HTML fragment with sections only when there is real specific content. Remove boilerplate: welcome, apply button, EEO, etc. Keep substantive info: description of role, minimum qualifications, preferred qualifications, core duties and responsibilities, physical requirements, working environment, skills and abilities, CAPE program details, scheduled weekly hours, shift, exempt/non-exempt, company, cost center, address maybe? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include company, location, shift, hours in a paragraph maybe under a heading? There's no heading for that; we could just put a

with that info. But we must not create sections like Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. It does state Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 Shift Night (United States of America) Exempt/Non-Exempt United States of America (Non-Exempt). So we have schedule info (hours, shift) and exempt status. Should we create a Schedule section? The rule: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could include schedule info within a

under maybe a generic "Details" but we shouldn't invent headings. The allowed headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use Schedule heading if we have schedule content. We have schedule: Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 Shift Night (United States of America) Exempt/Non-Exempt United States of America (Non-Exempt). That's specific. So we can create a

Schedule

with

containing that info. Also we have location and company maybe could go under About the role? The About the role heading could contain description of role and maybe company location. But we must not repeat job title as heading. So we can have About the role with description: "This position has the authority, responsibility, and shift accountability for the delivery of nursing care..." etc. Also include company name and location maybe. Responsibilities: we have CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES list. That's a list. So we can make

Responsibilities

with
  • each duty. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications and maybe also physical requirements? Could combine under Requirements heading. But we also have Preferred Qualifications separate. Could have Qualifications heading with subparts? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Requirements for minimum qualifications, Qualifications for preferred qualifications? Or we could combine both under Qualifications. But we have both Minimum and Preferred; we could make Requirements for minimum, Qualifications for preferred. Or we could have Requirements covering both minimum and preferred, but better to separate as they are distinct. Skills: we have Skills And Abilities list. So

    Skills

    with
. Benefits: not mentioned, so omit. Pay: not mentioned, omit. Schedule: we have schedule info. Also we have CAPE program details: that's like additional info about career ladder. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "Career Advancement". Not in allowed headings; we could put under About the role or Responsibilities? Probably under About the role as additional details. Physical requirements and working environment: Could be part of Requirements? Or maybe we could create a section "Requirements" includes minimum quals, physical reqs, working environment. But we already have Requirements heading for minimum quals; we could add subpoints. However we should not create thin sections; better to incorporate physical requirements and working environment into Requirements as a list. Thus final HTML:

CAPE program details maybe could be under About the role or a separate section like "Career Advancement". Not in allowed headings; we could incorporate into About the role as a paragraph. But we already used About the role for description; we could add another paragraph after that about CAPE. However we should not create thin sections; adding a paragraph is fine. Thus after About the role we can add a

      describing CAPE program. Let's restructure:
