Registered Nurse / Nights / in Roswell

About the role

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in a hospital setting. Perform a variety of nursing duties including patient assessment, medication administration, and assisting with treatments.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health needs and develop care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient interactions and progress in medical records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic health record systems.
