About the role

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and according to physician’s orders
• Maintain patient health records and report changes in condition to healthcare providers
• Assist with personal hygiene and mobility needs
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Participate in shift handovers and ongoing patient assessments

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• One year of relevant healthcare experience preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
