About the role
The Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Administers and documents the administrations of medications and treatments per physician orders
- Affects patients routinely and with changes of condition
- Communicates changes of condition, test results, etc. as per company policy
- Edicates patients as necessary
- Supervises and coordinates LPN's & CNA's
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse / RN License
