Requirements
- Unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse (RN) license (minimum requirement)
- Prior Registered Nurse experience is preferred but not required; willing to invest in the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan
- Conduct resident assessments
- Serve as a team leader
- Advocate for residents
- Provide high-standard clinical care, ensuring residents are comfortable and safe
