Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Adheres to organizational mission, values, and standards. Responsibilities: Manages a caseload in a unit with varying bed numbers and nurse-to-patient ratios, primarily caring for step-down, post-procedural, and cardiac patients. Performs assessments, administers treatments such as cardiac drips, chest tubes, and pacemaker care, and responds to patient needs. Evaluates the care provided by team members and ensures compliance with safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills: RN license, graduate from an accredited nursing program, and current certifications in BLS and ACLS. Must have or obtain healthcare provider card per American Heart Association standards. Experience in step-down or cardiac care is preferred.
