Registered Nurse NICU Travel

About the Role

Provides specialized neonatal intensive care in acute care hospitals as part of a travel nurse program. Responsible for delivering direct patient care, monitoring and recording patient conditions, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and managing discharge planning in the NICU.

Responsibilities

• Delivering nursing care following established policies and protocols
• Implementing and documenting patient care plans and conditions
• Collaborating with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient management
• Assessing and coordinating discharge procedures

Requirements

• Current RN licensure and BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Preferred certification in The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program and Neonatal Resuscitation (from AAP)
• Minimum of 1 year recent RN NICU experience preferred
• Diploma or equivalent from an accredited nursing program

Schedule

Opportunities involve local and national travel and night shifts.

Pay

Gross rate up to $2,562 per week.
