Responsibilities
- Deliver high-acuity neonatal care to critically ill and premature infants
- Assess, monitor, and stabilize patients in the NICU
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide family-centered education and emotional support
- Operate advanced NICU equipment and maintain safety standards
- Adapt quickly to new units and environments
- Contribute to quality improvement and best practices
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN license
- Experience or knowledge in neonatal intensive care
- Strong assessment, monitoring, and stabilization skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Excellent communication and compassionate care skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in diverse settings
