Registered Nurse NICU Part Time

About the role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department and specialty standards.
• Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care.
• Act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values.
• Perform basic cardiac life support within 30 days of employment start date.
• Obtain neonate resuscitation and STABLE certifications within 90 days of employment start date.
• Provide care in a NICU setting.

Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• STABLE must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse Diploma.
• Part Time Night position - 2 shifts a week.
• Current NICU experience required.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

The typical hourly wage range for this role is $37.66 - $56.48 per hour. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range.

Schedule

This is a Part Time Night position - 2 shifts a week.
