Registered Nurse - NICU - $10,000 Sign-On (2026-0079)

About the role

The position is responsible for providing safe, quality care to patients in the NICU. The ideal candidate will have a BSN and current RN license in the state of Washington. They should also have two years of clinical nursing/leadership experience in their area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Makes staff assignments based on patient acuity, continuity of care, and staff competency.
• Mentors and floats staff, and assists agency personnel.
• Maintains awareness of Joint Commission standards, state codes, and practice acts.
• Maintains fiscal responsibility by monitoring and adjusting staffing during shifts.
• Evaluates and provides adequate coverage for breaks.
• Communicates and collaborates with bed placement and the clinical resource to ensure clinical placement is expedited.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of Washington.
• Successful completion of a graduate nurse residency program orientation or six months' experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Min $48.82 - Max $89.19/hrly.
