Registered Nurse (RN - Med Surg) - $10K Sign On Florida - Fort Walton Beach We have multiple Med Surg RN needs in FT Walton Beach Florida. Currently they have both days (7am - 7pm) and nights (7pm - 7am) available. $10,000 Sign On with 1 year of RN experience Compensation Competitive Compensation ($30 - $48 per hour) Sign on for RNs with 1 year of RN experience doesnt have to be in a hospital Open to RNs in all specialties (LTAC, SNF, Home Health, and ETC) Day (7am -7pm) and Night (7pm -7am) available Shift Differential: Nights $4.25 per hr.
