Registered Nurse – Neurosurgery Unit

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Neurology Nurse to provide specialized care in a progressive care unit. The role involves caring for a diverse patient population, including neurology, neurosurgery, gynecologic surgery, ENT, and other medical patients, with a focus on complex cases in a 3-bed neuro step-down unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to patients' neurological and other medical needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while managing complex conditions.
• Participate in continuous professional development, including structured preceptorships and ongoing education.
• Contribute to a positive team culture through shared governance and open communication.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure or recognized compact licensure.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Relevant clinical experience in neurology or related fields.
