Registered Nurse - Neuroscience Med/Surg - Full-Time - Day

About the Role

Provides clinical leadership and direct patient care in an acute inpatient setting, emphasizing patient/family-centered care and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments and develops and updates individualized care plans.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure safe, quality, and cost-effective care.
• Delegates tasks and monitors care quality.
• Evaluates patient responses to care and interventions.
• Educates patients and families on care plans and health management.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation.
• Advocates for patients and ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Current RN licensure.
• At least one year of RN experience or equivalent residency/training.
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Must maintain licensure and complete mandatory education.

Schedule

Day shift hours in the Neuroscience Med/Surg unit.
