Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical excellence
- Monitor and communicate patient status for rapid interventions
- Empower patients toward independence
- Manage the full discharge process to ensure smooth transitions for patients and families
Qualifications
- Active RN license from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a multi-state license
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- 6+ months of acute care experience is preferred
