Registered Nurse - Neurology

Seeking a registered nurse to deliver direct medical-surgical care in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. Key Responsibilities Include Applying standards of nursing practice to enhance patient care and quality of life through systematic evaluation.Building effective relationships and advocating for patients and families to develop personalized care plans.Using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.Considering physical, cultural, social, economic, spiritual, and other human response factors in care strategies.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and communicating effectively to ensure culturally sensitive, ethical, and holistic care.Educating patients and families on health maintenance, restoration, and comfort measures.Mentoring colleagues and ensuring evidence-based, age-specific, and clinical best practices are followed.Performing point-of-care testing and other assigned duties in a safe manner. Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent education for licensing.Current RN license in applicable states with BLS certification.Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform related tasks.Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
