About the role
Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a neurology specialty unit. The role involves assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, administering medications, and documenting care. The RN collaborates with healthcare providers, educates patients and families, and advocates for patient needs to ensure positive outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Assess patient status during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
- Perform medical procedures, monitor responses, and document care accurately.
- Administer prescribed medications and respond to therapeutic responses or adverse effects.
- Provide responsive, compassionate care, anticipating and resolving patient requests.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
Qualifications & Skills
- RN licensure with a Bachelor's Degree.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of hire.
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and provide personalized care.
