Registered Nurse - Neuro Progressive Care Unit - Night Shift

About the Role

Join a fast-paced progressive care unit as a Registered Nurse, caring for neuro, stroke, and brain injury patients in a 21-bed unit that bridges ICU and general care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-discharge needs, and medication use.
• Ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in ongoing professional development.
• Develop and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness at all times.

Pay

$15,000 sign-on bonus eligibility.

Schedule

• Three twelve-hour night shifts with weekend requirements (every 3rd weekend).
