Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Promote patient and family-centered care
• Education on illness management
• Ensure safety and quality compliance

Qualifications

• RN license
• Nursing diploma or associate's degree preferred
• Bachelor's degree and experience in nursing preferred
