Minimum Requirements

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Additional Preferences

  • Acute care experience.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

Lead the coordination of multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive seamless, well integrated care tailored to their neurological recovery.

Assess and adapt personalized care plans continuously to meet the evolving physical and cognitive needs of patients with complex brain and spine conditions.

Monitor and interpret vital clinical changes to provide immediate interventions that safeguard patient safety and optimize neurological outcomes.

Guide the discharge planning process alongside families and specialists to ensure a safe transition from hospital to home or rehabilitation.
