About the role

Chester County Hospital is hiring experienced NICU RNs for full-time night shift positions from 7:00pm to 7:30am.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill newborns.
• Collaborate with neonatal specialists to develop and implement treatment plans.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• A minimum of 24 months NICU experience is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• NRP certification is required, or must be completed within 12 months of hire.
