About the role

Chester County Hospital is hiring experienced NICU RNs for full-time night shift positions from 7:00pm to 7:30am.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting.
• Collaborate with neonatal specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology to support the care of newborns.
• Manage a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Participate in ongoing training and education programs to maintain and enhance skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• A minimum of 24 months NICU experience is required.
• Current Pennsylvania RN License is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• NRP certification is required, or must be completed within 12 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Level III NICU setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Skills

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using hospital information systems.
