Registered Nurse - MS / Tele Float

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Med/Surg, telemetry, and Neuro, Ortho Rehab, and spine specialties. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading patient cardiac rhythms and administering cardiac infusions such as Nitro, Lasix, heparin, and amiodarone. Requirements Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) On-call Requirement: Not required Floating: Nurse will float to equal or lesser acute floors as needed Block Schedule: Not available Local Candidates: Not accepted within a 100-mile radius Pending License: Accepted Requested Time Off Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days Additional Information Guaranteed Hours: The client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time without penalty.
